License to Use Infinite Technology grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Office360 in accordance with these Terms. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of Office360 software or its features is strictly prohibited.
1.1. Account Information: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
1.2. Compliance: You agree to use Office360 only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
1.3. Data Integrity: You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the data entered into Office360.
2.1. Subscription Plans: Office360 offers subscription plans on a periodic basis. Subscription details, including fees, are clearly outlined at the time of purchase.
2.2. Payment Terms: All fees are due in advance for the selected subscription period and are non-refundable, except as required by law.
2.3. Late Payments: Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.
All software, graphics, logos, and content within Office360 are the intellectual property of Infinite Technology and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Unauthorized use of any Office360 intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
4.1. Data Collection and Use: We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are committed to ensuring your privacy and protecting any personal data shared with us.
4.2. Data Ownership: You retain ownership of the data you enter into Office360. By using Office360, you grant us a license to use, host, and process your data to improve service performance and user experience.
5.1. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to misuse Office360. This includes, but is not limited to, attempts to hack, damage, or exploit Office360’s functionality or security.
5.2. Compliance with Laws: You must use Office360 in compliance with all applicable laws and must not use it to conduct or promote illegal activities.
Office360 may integrate with third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and policies, which may differ from ours. Infinite Technology is not responsible for third-party services or for any issues arising from their use.
Infinite Technology will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Office360, including but not limited to data loss, interruptions, or financial losses. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you to Office360 during the twelve months preceding the claim.
By User: You may terminate your Office360 account at any time. However, any fees already paid will not be refunded.
By Office360: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for any other reason, at our discretion.
Infinite Technology may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or notification to users. Continued use of Office360 after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Raipur Chhattisgarh India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Raipur Chhattisgarh India.
